Everything below is made on our own mill in 6th October City. Wall thickness runs from 0.5 to 2.5 mm across the range, with exact availability depending on size. If you don't see your size, ask, we can usually get close.
Round tube
Used for furniture legs, handrails, scaffolding, shelving, solar purlins, medical equipment and agricultural frames.
All in millimetres. Wall thickness 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Standard length 6 m.
Square tube
The workhorse for chair and table frames, gates, doors, racking, telecom sub-assemblies and light structural columns.
Wall thickness 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Standard length 6 m.
Rectangular tube
Table frames, lintels, window and door frames, mezzanine framing, carports and canopies, conveyor structures.
Wall thickness 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Standard length 6 m.
Oval tube
Chair and stool legs, handrails, hotel trolleys, fitness equipment and decorative framing. A speciality profile that is hard to source in the region, so we keep it in stock.

Materials we work with.
We form tube from coil supplied by Egypt's leading mills. Pick the material that suits where the tube will live.
Hot rolled (HRC)
The everyday choice for indoor structural work and anything that will be painted or powder coated afterwards.
Cold rolled (CRC)
Smoother surface and tighter tolerances. Preferred for furniture and anything on show.
Galvanised (GI)
Pre-galvanised coil for outdoor use, fencing, solar mounting and agricultural frames.
ZAM coated
Zinc-aluminium-magnesium coil for coastal and humid climates where standard galvanising isn't enough.
