We started as a tube mill. In 2026 we added bending, laser cutting and welding, so you can come to us for a bundle of tube or a finished part.
Tube production
High-frequency ERW welding from coil to finished tube, all in one line. Round, square, rectangular and oval, in HRC, CRC, galvanised and ZAM.
- Wall thickness 0.5 to 2.5 mm
- Standard 6 m lengths, custom lengths on request
- Mill test certificates with every batch
Fabrication
Added in 2026 so we can hand you parts, not just material.
CNC tube bending
Mandrel bending up to 38 mm with repeatable angles and no ovalisation. Ideal for chair and table frames, handrails and architectural profiles. Punching for assembly holes available.
Fibre laser tube cutting
3 kW fibre laser for holes, slots, saddle cuts and complex ends on round, square, rectangular and oval tube. Clean edges, ready to weld.
Cutting to length
Burr-free cuts to the length you specify, with nesting planned to keep offcuts to a minimum.
Coil slitting
We slit wide steel coil down to the strip widths you need, on your material or ours. Clean edges, tight width tolerance, and rewound ready for your own line. Useful if you form your own tube or profiles and want the strip prepared first.
Welded sub-assemblies
Frames, brackets, racks and furniture components welded to your drawing or sample. We'll suggest design tweaks that make the part cheaper to produce.
Export and logistics
We ship regularly to Africa and the Gulf and handle the paperwork so your customs broker has what they need.
