ERW Tube Mill Production

Our core capability — high-frequency electric resistance welded tube production from coil to finished tube. Round, square, rectangular, and oval profiles in a single facility.

Our CNC mandrel bender handles tight-radius bends up to 38mm OD with programmed precision — consistent, repeatable, and weld-ready. Ideal for furniture frames, chair components, and architectural profiles.

Precision Cold Saw Cutting

Burr-free, weld-ready cuts to exact length using cold saw technology. No abrasive wheel — no heat distortion, no dross, no secondary grinding required. Optimised nesting plans minimise material waste.
